Welsh drum n bass kid High Contrast releases a third album on Hospital Records in October.

'Tough Guys Don't Dance' follows 'True Colours' (2002) and 'High Society' (2004), and as usual includes a host of collaborations and guest spots, including jazz vocalist Ian Shaw, diva singer Diane Charlemagne and country crooner Linda Gale-Lewis, sister Jerry Lee Lewis no less. There's also a drum n' bass version of the old Iron Butterfly track 'In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida', further proof that High Contrast is the drum n bass producer for non-DnB obsessives.

Tracklist

01. If We Ever (feat. Diane Charlemagne)
02. Everything's Different (feat. Ian Shaw)
03. In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida
04. Kiss Kiss Bang Bang
05. Forever And A Day (feat. J'nay)
06. Sleepless
07. Tread Softly
08. Metamorphosis
09. Pink Flamingos
10. Eternal Optimist (feat. J'nay)
11. Chances (feat. Linda Gail-Lewis)
12. Nobody Gets Out Alive
13. The Ghost Of Jungle Past

'Tough Guys Don't Dance' by High Contrast will be released on Hospital Records on October 1st, 2007.

Thu, 20 Sep 2007'If we ever' is a stunning, refreshing dnb-track, and High Contrast proved on their previous albums that they can easily stand out in the massive dnb-crowd.

If these guys manage to maintain their sense for necessary progression throughout the entire album, then this third album will absolutely be gorgeous.
