Swedish house producer Tiger Stripes dons his khakis for his debut album 'Safari’ this month.

Tiger Stripes aka Mikael Nordgren has been putting out soulful dance, tech house and percussive afro house on labels such as Ibadan, Compost and Wave Music over the last few years, but recent watchers will best know him as the man behind one of the summer's biggest tunes (no, not that one), 'Hooked' on Liebe*Detail, played by everyone from Anja Schneider to Guy Gerber.

Debut album 'Safari' arrives on New York house stable Nite Grooves and promises "Latin and afro fused jazzy riffs, pumping house basslines and disco-stringed, pure head-nodding percussion" as well as studio hookups with Kerri Chandler, Rasmus Faber and Marcus Enochson.

Tracklist

1. Spirited Away
2. Pharoahs Cigar
3. Song for Edit feat. Kerri Chandler
4. Consecration feat. Hanna Hais
5. The Voyage
6. Amphytrion
7. Kuhla
8. Spacious Mind
9. What Was
10. People I Know
11. Rasmus Faber Plays the Marimba

Tiger Stripes' 'Safari' is out now on Nite Grooves.
