Fri, 21 Mar 2008I finally got to give this a spin, and I must say that my first impression is much better than this review led me to believe. I already feel a closer connection to it than I ever got with Untilted. Also, I think Turning Dragon has some great moments, but I'll take Autechre's madness any day. Each piece seems to stand completely on its own, and I appreciate the short length of the sketches because tackling a 9 min Autechre epic is a real challenge. Sun, 09 Mar 2008so the reviewer gave it a week. hm... i say try giving it a month, and then review your review. as always, autechre's sounds are not to be digested easily.

i saw them live yesterday...there is just nothing like it. completely 100% unique.

'I'm hyped so i can put any shit out and it will get nice by fans and reviewers'
This album is strangely clumsy.
