Dan Ghenacia, the label lead of the Parisian label Freak n' Chic, will release a mix of some of his recent favorites later this month.
Entitled Eyelights, the compilation is billed as a return to form for the DJ, who once stated that he refused to listen to "anything other than 120bpm deep house."
"The overall style of the mix is deep house - deep, groovy and hypnotic, but in a modern way," explains Ghenacia. "For the name, I tried to find something that included the word 'highlights' - in a musical sense - and I also wanted something that 'highlights' the magnifying glass theme on my eye. We found something in between 'Eyelights'. I like it."

'Eyelights' will be released by Freak n' Chic on May 30. The 'Eyelights Compilation Sampler Part 1' will be released on June 4th, Part 2 will hit stores two weeks later.
