Berlin club Watergate follows in the footsteps of Fabric and Berghain by starting a mix series.
Now five years old, Watergate is known for its famous club-length LED lighting, its riverside location and its dedication to the minimal end of house and techno. Now comes a label, and a new mix series from the club, with the first volume being mixed by Istanbul DJ and producer
Onur Özer, a regular at Watergate Dumb-Unit/Vakant parties.
Like Fabric and Berghain, the mix series promises close attention to packaging and design as well as the music, which on
Watergate 01 focuses on up-to-the-minute house and techno from the likes of Patrice Bäumel, Johnny D, Dinky as well as Özer himself.
