Richie Hawtin, Dubfire, Armin Van Buuren and more will play the Loveparade in Dortmund this summer.

For the second year running, the Loveparade takes place in the Ruhr District, this time in Dortmund on July 19th. Forty floats have been confirmed so far for the parade, which heads its way up “The Highway To Love”, aka Dortmund’s main artery B1, towards Westfalen Hall for the final rally.

DJs confirmed so far for the seven-hour rally at Westfalen include Richie Hawtin, Paul Van Dyk, Armin Van Buuren, Carl Craig, Dubfire, M.A.N.D.Y. and Anja Schneider. Live acts confirmed include Audion, Underworld and the Martini Brothers.

Last year’s Loveparade in Essen was judged a huge success with a turnout of over a million.

The Loveparade moved from its traditional home in Berlin to The Ruhr District in 2007. It will be held in various cities in the region until 2011.
