Steve Kotey from Chicken Lips compiles a new collection of Italo-disco classics titled
Disco Italia: Essential Italo Disco Classics 1977 – 1985.
The twelve track collection features originals and rarities from the likes of Claudio Simonetti (Kasso), Giancarlo Meo (Easy Going) and Balearic favourite Tullio De Piscopo. Several of the tracks have been re-edited by compiler Stevie Kotey.
The CD comes with a booklet featuring photos, original artwork and notes by Bill Brewster.
