No they're not Japanese, and they don't play pop. Northern Irish electronic act The Japanese Popstars will perform live at Fabric, London on 22 August. Following the success of their single 'EP1', their debut album, 'We Just Are', is due to be released on 28 July through Gung-Ho Recordings and Beatink.

Festival goers can catch the trio at Glastonbury this Saturday on the G Stage at 8pm, at London's Wireless festival on 5 July and at Ireland's Oxegen festival on Saturday 12 July. Check RA's listings for more performance dates. Post a comment
