Brooklyn's hipster haven was recently shut down by the local government
Brooklyn's Studio B was recently shut by Brooklyn's Department of Buildings after failing an inspection.
The club has moved all events until at least August 19th to other venues around the city. Despite the closure, however, the club has vowed that it will reopen soon. Quoted in The Brooklyn Paper, the club's lawyer Ken Fisher stated that the venue had corrected its mistakes: “All of the concerns have been met and we’re waiting for further inspections.”
While there is no word yet on whether Reinhard Voigt or Sunday School for Degenerate's late August parties will still be held there, you can check RA's event listings for up-to-date information on both.
