The Decibel Festival has announced its slate of parties happening around the city of Seattle throughout the last weekend of September.

Taking in all manners of electronic music, the festival looks to be the highlight of the September party calendar in the Pacific Northwest. Germany's deep house doyen Dixon, ruffneck dubstep producer The Bug, Detroit legend Carl Craig, and a whole host of showcases throughout the festival's four days will keep Seattle dancing for a solid 96 hours or so. The only question? Which party to pick each night. Friday night pits Deadmau5 against Jeff Samuel, while Saturday sees Audion going against his Ghostly International buddies.

Any choice you make, though, will probably be a solid one. Just make sure to stay sober enough if you're going to be party hopping: You may need a car to make it around the city quickly.

Sat, 11 Oct 2008In my humble opinion...

Dixon was a personal favorite. Still Going into Romanthony's 'Let Me Show You Love,' and later 'The Wanderer,' 'Enfants,' and Adamski's 'Killer,' on the best soundsystem of the weekend -- with the 7 am sunrise and cranes... perfect. So good. Innervisions has won me over completely.

And I Have to respectfully disagree in regards to Sunday night. I thought the Bug and Warrior Queen stole the show, hands down. Massive bass, sparse lighting, monster reverb, top... More

I'm pretty sure C2's set goes down in my top three ever...
