The Decibel Festival has announced its slate of parties happening around the city of Seattle throughout the last weekend of September.Dixon , ruffneck dubstep producer The Bug , Detroit legend Carl Craig , and a whole host of showcases throughout the festival's four days will keep Seattle dancing for a solid 96 hours or so. The only question? Which party to pick each night.
