- The Brooklyn trio drops their new album in October.
Brooklyn trio Gang Gang Dance will put out their new album Saint Dymphna in October.
The album, which will appear on Warp in the UK, Europe and Australia will further explore the group's affinity for contemporary dance genres, run through their twisted avant garde vision. On previous efforts, the trio has hinted at its love of grime and dubstep through their sonics, but Saint Dymphna makes it overt, with a collaboration with MC Tinchy Strider and what Sonic Registry—the group's label in the US—is calling "a beat that resembles the omnipresent sound of reggaeton flooding the NYC streets during summer months."
