- Detroit DJ/producer Theo Parrish will take deck duty later this month at The Mint Club for the Asylum birthday bash. With the Funktion 1 installed and the lighting system dubbed The Disco Panel, what could be a better birthday present than the £500,000 refurbishment? Perhaps a doubleheader to coincide with their new era at the club? Well, that's what the Asylum crew has in store on September 27th. With Theo Parrish jetting in from Detroit, you can expect everything from disco and soul to deep house late in the evening, with Soft Rocks coming in to give a helping hand with the warm-up. But, to get this party started even earlier, Asylum will be teaming up with Balearic beat runners Lunar Jam for some cosmic fun at The Adelphi earlier on in the evening, with those in attendance given discount tickets to The Mint for Parrish and friends. Happy birthday indeed.
