Cocoon touches down in Amsterdam

- Sven Vath's techno circus hits the ADE with live sets from Mathew Jonson and Guy Gerber.
- Cocoon have already notched up four parties at Amsterdam's The Sand, and later this month they'll be making it five with a line-up packed to the gills with techno treats. Sven Vath will of course be ruling over proceedings with his usual hilarious flamboyant style, and he's joined on the decks by Tobi Neumann (responsible for the label's Flieder Lieder mix in 2006) and Berghain resident André Galluzzi. Far from being an all German love-in, there will also be live sets from Canada's Mathew Jonson and Israel's Guy Gerber. The event is taking place as part of the annual Amsterdam Dance Event, which sees the city's venues being taken over from Wednesday through to Sunday with a huge amount of electronic acts from across the spectrum.
