Paul and Phil Hartnoll are set to reform for 2009's Big Chill festival.Orbital for five years, but will reform for a special headlining performance at the Eastnor festival. In a statement to press, Phil Hartnoll has said "We've got 15 years of active service, making song. If you boil that down to a 90-minute festival set you should get something thoroughly exciting from beginning to end. Let's put some fun back into it." 9 Comments
