London breakbeat parties often have a great feel to them. The dark underground club, the broken beats bouncing off the cold stone walls all create the perfect breaks listening environment.
August 2 will see a superb line-up of breakbeat talents converge on The Fortress in Old Street for a an evening with the dogbeats crew and special guests at the first in a series of serious breakbeat all-nighters.
Downstairs will see Hook and Sling and the Pinapple Tribe regulars with guests Southpaw from Sinister Records and Slide from the Finger Lickin' stable. Upstairs has ITF UK Champ Jazz T of the outstanding British hiphop act Diversion Tactics laying down beats alongside other UK hiphop head Hoodee.
