The Edinburgh Film Festival has seen a number of surprise entries over the years, but non with such an obvious Hip-Hop label flavour. Ninja Tune records, the home of Coldcut, Roots Manuva, Cinematic Orchestra and more opened up their chest of rarely seen music videos for the viewing pleasure of those attending the festival last night.
Titled the ‘Ninja Tune Music Video Special’, it is somewhat of a sneak preview to a few of the music videos expected to feature on the labels first DVD which is set for a late 2003, early 2004 release date. For those that missed the Edinburgh Festival keep an eye out for what is expected to be on of the best Hip-Hop DVD’s released to market.
