  • Lowtec will release his next full-length, Light Surfing, on January 28. The album will come via the Acid Test-related label Avenue 66, where Lowtec, real name Jens Kuhn, has released previously. The press release says the record has plenty of the "murky bangers" that Kuhn is known for, as well as "unexpected moments of sideways beauty." Light Surfing is spread over four sides and eight tracks, and it's his first album as Lowtec since 2002's Secret Corner. Kuhn also collaborated with Kassem Mosse on an LP under the name Kolorit in November. Listen to clips from Light Surfing.
