  • Seth Troxler and Phil Moffa will release another Lost Souls Of Saturn EP, Holes In The Holoverse, on R&S Records. Today's announcement of the three-track 12-inch came with the release of the first cut, "Holes In The Holoverse," and a website bearing an Adam Curtis-style visual collage. It follows the duo's debut live performance inside a 20-metre high sculpture in Zurich's main train station last July. Troxler and Moffa will continue on that ambitious path, attempting to "explore new ways to open doors of perception and challenge the reality vs. simulation paradigm, whilst capturing the spirit of Alejandro Jodorowsky, Philip K. Dick, Sun Ra and the KLF within their music, live experiences and forthcoming films," reads the press release. Wolfgang Tillmans, the Turner Prize-winning artist and photographer who made an EP with Powell last year, provides his first-ever remix. It's the second Lost Souls Of Saturn EP for R&S, following a 2017 12-inch housing two remixes of the Lebanese band Mashrou' Leila. The duo also put out a collaborative EP under their given names in 2015 and remixed Mathew Jonson with Guy Gerber as GMT. Lost Souls Of Saturn are preparing their debut album for release in June 2019. Check out "Holes In The Holoverse" over in our New Tracks section.
