  • Nathan Micay is releasing an album on LuckyMe. The 11-track Blue Spring sees the Canadian artist seeking a "sweet-spot between prog, trance, techno, hardcore, jungle, IDM and ambient" on his debut full-length. Due out May 3rd, a special edition of the record will come with Manga-inspired artwork, for which Micay wrote a script that was later realised by Peter Marsden and LuckyMe designer Dominic Flannigan. In the lead up to the release, the comic will be unveiled piece by piece on Micay's website, along with tracks and videos from the album. Keen-eared listeners may have already heard selections from the record in various mixes from recent months, including Micay's own RA Podcast. The LP follows on from Micay's breakout release on Whities last year as well as the more recent Never Rhythm Game / Team Player on ESP Institute. Listen to the lead single, "The Party We Could Have."
