Chicago-based DJ Hank is Hyperdub's newest artist.
Kode9's esteemed label will release the young producer's 12-inch, called City Stars, on February 25th. The digital-only release spans six tracks that incorporate UK garage, footwork, R&B samples and inspirations from '80s Japanese ambient music.
City Stars follows Serve : Reup, the artist's self-released EP from December, and Traffic Control, his debut 12-inch via Sophomore Lounge. Previously known as DJ Big Hank, he's also a Teklife affiliate, having put out several singles on the Chicago label in recent years.
