Jamie xx's latest track, a collaboration with Honey Dijon, is out now.
"Baddy On The Floor" debuted on BBC Radio 1 earlier today, alongside an interview with Jamie xx where he revealed he was finishing up his second album, due out sometime this year. Work on the new song started during the pandemic as the two producers sent each other files remotely. "Baddy On The Floor" has been floating around in DJ sets since at least 2021. It follows the release of "It's So Good," a track made for a Chanel campaign, back in January.
Both Jamie xx and Honey Dijon played headlining sets at Coachella's dance music stage Quasar this past weekend, and will return for the California festival's second edition this coming weekend.
