Our fourth Resident Advisor Podcast is provided by Fabric and Panorama Bar regular, Margaret Dygas.

With a sonic style spanning dub to techno, Margaret has played the likes of Fabric, The End, Space (Ibiza), Watergate and the infamous Panorama Bar, as well as a host of smaller parties like Run Sounds, MuliVitamins and Minimal London.

More recently Margaret has crossed over into production, providing her own take on deep and minimal sounds. RA caught up with her for a quick update...

What have you been up to recently?
I've been travelling around Europe over the last couple of months. I've docked in Romania, Paris and had a few trips to Berlin. Last week I played Panorama Bar on Saturday, with the party going till early evening Sunday... and then some! On Wednesday I played at The Arena for Club Der Visionaere. The week before at the T Bar in London for the Stink party.

Where was the mix recorded?
The mix was recorded in my bedroom on two decks, a CDJ and an Allen & Heath mixer.

What are you up to next?
The next couple of months will be heads down in the studio, trying to finish a few things which I'm really excited about since it is my first time producing.

I'm using Live5 with a few plug ins. There is so much more to explore and to learn with programs and sounds. Everyday is a new discovery of some sort which makes me want to be glued to the computer for hours on end.

I'm working on six tracks right now. A few of them are on the dubby and quite mellow vibe, the others are more upbeat and bubbly, but you never know what the end result will be. I like working with trippy sounds and sharp elements with a few little suprises thrown in along the way. At the moment I really enjoy bouncing back and forth between different songs, keeps things interesting and fresh in my mind.

And of course there are few exciting places to play at as well...
