Born and raised in Italy DJ Deeka has been spinning records for 20 years and counting.

He fell in love with the art of Djing back in the 90s when Techno was big in Italy and Technics 1200 were the standard in every club. There was Techno, there was Progressive and finally there was House Music.

Deeka has never looked back. House, Soulful House and Deep House are what make him happy in these days.

The dj booth is where he feels most at home but with a sound engineering background and a huge passion for good music and technology, he is now stepping into the music production field.

He finds inspiration from the likes of Tony Humphries, Frankie Knuckles, Deep Dish, Claudio Coccoluto, Junior Jack, Dennis Ferrer and Masters at Work.

Deeka is now living in Wellington, New Zealand and is willing to contribute to the House music scene in Aotearoa.
