Kasper Kwant plays electro and lounge music. Two very different styles, but for Kasper Kwant they have a lot more in common than most people would think. The technique Kasper Kwant uses when he’s playing electro, he also uses when playing lounge. This way he creates beatmixing within the lounge music, something heard very little in the DJ scene.

2008 is the year that Kasper Kwant starts to break through with a lot of gigs overseas. Spain, Bonaire, France and Norway are examples of the places his DJ life is taking him. He also made his debut at Supperclub, one of the main venues in the Dutch lounge scene. Since the beginning of September, Kasper Kwant has started playing at least once a month at a new club in Amsterdam, MOMO.
And of course the launch of SeduceMe, a party held at different venues throughout Europe. Here Kasper Kwant is one of the resident DJ’s.

2007 Alongside playing lounge at Rose’s Lounge, Kasper Kwant starts playing more electro music. He has gigs in Holland and abroad.

2006 is the year in which Kasper Kwant starts performing alongside big names in the DJ scene. Great DJ’s such as Laidback Luke, Largo and ZoeXenia, Olav Basoski, Yves DeRuyter, Leon Bolier, Gregor Salto, Real El Canario, Vika Kova and Tommy.

2002 – 2005 the ball starts rolling. In 2002 Kasper Kwant gets a residency at the Swingcafé, one of the trendsetting clubs in Arnhem at the time. Almost a year later he is offered a residency at Rose’s Lounge, a new lounge/club in Arnhem. He has been playing there since, even to this day.

1995 Kasper Kwant is 13 years old and falls in love with playing records. He buys himself a set of turntables at a flea market, since then he’s been roaming from record store to record store. Very quickly he gets asked to play at parties and the DJ is born.
