Barry Long (aka Livewire) started listening to dance music from the age of 10. It all started when he was introduced to d&b and house, and at that instant he was hooked to the sound no one that age at the time was interested in. After several years of listening to pirate radio and tape collections, he decided to get a set of decks. At the age of 15 the house parties started and he was always there with the equipment supplying the sounds. As time passed and the rave scene started for him, he was sure to be getting involved.
