Producer
Born in Turin in 1986. He finds out about the main music softwares (Ableton, Reason) and hardwares (SP-404, BCR2000, UMX25). His passion for electro music starts around the nineties when immediately he gets to know the main artist of this period such as Stephan Bodzin, Extrawelt, Unerdworld, Jeff Mills.
In 2002 he performns live for the first time in a local club. This is only the beginning because from that moment he starts thinking more seriously about his producing and he starts to play in different clubs. In the meanwhile he keeps on producing his own music at home constantly improving his skills and upgrading his equipment. During this period he works at his first real project with Umberto, named Peier&Reier.
In 2008 he takes the chance to live perform on RadioBlackOut, a Turin's local radio. Because of his will to experiment on new grooves and have different live experience, he joins the J.H.; A new born electro/rock band. Thanks to this he has the opportunity to experience a different kind of music and improve his live/skills.
A year later he gives birth to the Nor_Ton Project, his main one in which his sound matures and becomes more self-conscious. He meets Bianca and with her support he develops his own style: his music is a fusion between techno and melodies and to do so he uses also instruments and live voices. But mainly he is a live performer, his grooves go from deephouse/techouse to techno/soul, and he is always updated with the latest technologies. |
