Motek presents.... SPEKTRE at The CAMP basement - 23 April 2011
About pandemiya / Young and breathtakingly talented Dj Pandemiya first got his interest in electronic music since 1999. After his first visit to underground party where exclusively techno music was the lodestar, he felt uncontrolled to become a part of this movement. He began establishing a name for himself playing at small clubs. Started from house, today this DJ plays various styles from house and deep house to solid progressive and techno with floating sounds with tender melodies. He is influenced by both house artists like Ben Watt, Phonique, Luke Fair, Silicone Soul to deeper and solid music artists like Extrawelt, Hernan Cattaneo and many more.
Being a calm person in ordinary life, Pandemiya unleashes his energy using decks. His ability to feel the spirit of the party gathers people with peculiar flavor of dance rythms together. Different reviews of famous DJ’s have earned him a reputation of quickly growing electronic newborn. His promo sets, live records from parties were estimated with big respect.
In 2006 during the private party he met DJ Press. It was the beginning of common language. Both guys were influenced by deeper sounds, so they brought to Lithuania’s dance culture a brand new name “Controlled Body Movements”. The team has done a lot over the past few years. They have organized many parties not only in clubs but also in extraordinary places like undergrounds, car parking, forests, and beaches. Their parties’ guests were famous Lithuanian DJs and well-known names in the world from Israel, Spain, Poland, Germany and the United Kingdom.
All these events had remarkable feedback. The opportunity to work with music professionals raised new goals and inspired to progress. Pandemiya is looking forward to his future gigs, projects, and broadcasts; produce first tracks and promote his unique sense of music.
