Sebastian Portert is passionate about electronic music, working as a DJ since 2003. He has now made the next big step: the realization of his ideas from inside the studio to evolve his skills as a producer.
He started by producing in his home studio and has since signed deals with Trapez Ltd, My Best Friend and Tapas Recordings. His „Definition of Sound“ stands out through highly complex sound, audio design variations with a lot of small details which make the tracks very lively and specific house grooves.
His ear for harmonies and extravagant breakdown arragements make his music unique. His recent releases include remixes for Bukaddor & Fishbeck, Red Robin, Piemont and two solo EPs– That is what one can call a solid start for 2011.
