Dope Recordings is the brainchild of Roy L. England II (aka Royale) and Thomas Kamholz (aka Attentat). Their label is an outlet for a wide array of personal music stylings and those of their friends. Not only is Dope a label but it is also a production crew, and artist collective. Dope was started by Roy in 1996 in an effort to bring close talented friends into the spotlight of the Colorado electronic music scene. After going through many changes through the years Dope remains a name you can count on for quality techno.
