*riffraff was created to provide a cutting edge house & techno event where having a good time is the focus and not the money.
It’s not unusual to see lampshades, cushions and top hats being sported by pirates, OAP's, Batman, Robin and people covered in boot polish in the Medicine Bars dungeon of sound that riffraff calls home.
The *riffraff booking policy is simple. If we like them, we book them, unknown, known, big, small, DJ set, live act, it really doesn’t matter as long as they deliever.
The unique mixture of forward thinking music, low fidelity promo applied with a punk philosophy and general lunacy allows *riffraff to set itself apart from the other club nights.
