Sketchbook is a new label founded and run by Los Angeles based house and techno producers Android Cartel. The label focuses on releasing DJ Tools / Remix Parts for the ever growing world of digital DJing and production.
The concept for the label is based on giving artists an outlet to put to use the tracks they may have started and scrapped for whatever creative reason. Many times these scrapped pieces of work have amazing parts which can be revived and utilized as DJ Tools or remix parts.
The label will release a track and its subsiquent parts for special live tooling purposes. In the future, look out for remix contests and tools from your favorite artists.
