MECHNO is a german Mannheim based digital music imprint founded by Couch Lock and Thomas Ploch. Both have had several heavy releases on various imprints, and they felt like the time had come for a new challenge.

With a focus on steady grooves, heavy basses and dark industrial sounds, MECHNO aims to provide the highest quality in productions, while not focusing on any specific subgenre, but taking in influences from all directions of electronic music.

By bringing together new, upcoming artists and well known veterans, the idea is to create a fertile mix of new thoughts resulting in a modern style of 21st century 'MECHNO' music.
