Joshua Collins / Espen & Elusive – World Keeps Turning / Shexy
Label / Red Flag Collective
Cat # / RFC004
Released / February 2005
Style / Progressive
Rating / 3.5

Next up on the Red Flag Collective imprint is another two tracker from two different talents, as the label sticks to its refreshing policy of mixing its releases up with different flavours.

Espen & Elusive – ‘Shexy’
First up is a pretty strong Progressive production by Norway’s Epsen & Elusive duo. They turn in a pretty strong driving melodic production that builds with some strong crisp beats. The breakdown reveals a cheeky filtered vocal sample that calls for the track to step up another level introducing melodic pads and a general uplifting aura.

Joshua Collins – ‘World Keeps Turning’
This is where the class of this release comes in, as Joshua Collins unleashes a pure sexy production here. Nice warm summer vibes throughout are used fantastically alongside some smooth deep baselines and some twisted vocal stabs. Expect the normal seductive vibes from a Joshua Collins production.

Quite a great release just for the Collins track, and helped with the more ‘epic’ vibes of the flip.
