Ben Mono rolls in next on the Compost imprint with an interesting vocal release in Transmission.
Transmission is quite a nice down tempo quirky vocal piece of Electronic. Smooth beats work well with deep baselines and the unique vocal talents of Ben.
The Cheapo Chicks Cheater Galaxy Mix of Transmission turns the track into a more unique production then it already was. Nice electro bleeps and quirky beats keep this track at a smooth down tempo pace and add another cheeky mix to this release.
Mindsweep is first up on the flip, and it lifts the pace up a little with some nice more upbeat drums. The vocals are quite unique yet again, and they work quite well with the retro sounds and cheeky baselines.
The Bell Remix of Transmission closes it all off in a smooth way, slowing the beats yet again and turning in quite a minimal re-interpretaton of the title track.
A unique release that may be a little too quirky for some.
