The brilliant and talented Rui Da Silva returns with a release on 64 Records entitled Pacman with respect to some classic videogaming moments.
The Turnmills Mix of Pacman is first up, and it showcases a gritty electro tinged side to Rui that has not been seen that often. The track flows with a nice bouncy baseline, a gritty electro hook and some tripped out pacman video game sounds. It is gritty and very unique from Rui.
On the flip we have the Kama Kama Mix of Punks Run Wild and it is a feast of electro bleeps and melodies. The track flows with some very crisp beats and as the track builds, some nice warped effects come into the track giving it an extra edge.
It’s quite a nice release from Rui, with two very unique and interesting tracks.
