I know you is first up from Grab and Bite (Can & Delvari) starting off with a gritty blend of rustling percussion,stuttering drop outs and eerie droning synths.Added to this a dirty bassline pulls it deeper,letting up the pressure as the beat drops back,then totally strips to just a pensive melody before layering back together with the hypnotic synthline in control.
Track two is a solo outing from Rouzbeh Delvari.Everyone is has a tight concoction of skippy percussion over rolling tribalish rhythms,all gathering pace with the aid of a subtle bassline.While this is creating a powerful mix a constant melody intertwines,keeping up the energy and dirties further when the distorted vocal is added,cut and tweaked.
Last up the trio come together as Band of brothers with Triumvirate, a pulsating wash of moody stabs,broken up percussion and peaktime synthlines that make up one serious track.Its not for the faint hearted as screeching,delayed sounds and headmelting tweaks create an aggressive groove.
