  • This track is good as hell. Not only does it sound great, but it has a noteworthy structure that creates a superb experience for the listener. It opens up dirty and alien sounding with laser-like stabs and gritty noise. The drums build up as usual and this is one of the only times in the track where i feel it sounds a bit average. The drums just dont build up with enough meaning in them to sound unlike your average 32 by 32 addition. I really like it when the drums come in with authority and the track conforms to let them into the music. After two minutes of typical drummy build-up, the track simply goes into an entirely different song. It sounds just like Andy Ling mixes into a different track while in the middle of producing the song. The new song bounces back and forth like dancing japanese women (You see these women in authentic New York jazz clubs, they come in from Asia for "american kicks" and end up running an awkward gyrate to fit in with the unusual black patrons). Theres a funky ribbed bassline This nasty siren keeps going off and the weirdness commenses. From here the track rolls on, slowly evolving, gaining some elements, losing some elements. It is very important to note that the track does not simply build and build, but continues to change continually. After around 5 minutes of superb progression, elements from the very beginning begin to creep in. The very beginning music is in fact the end means to which this track progresses! It's almost as if we are witness to an alien invasion, only to be thrust back in time to experience just how the invasion came about. This shits great. Anyone who loves proghouse would dig this.
