- The duo of Marvin Beaver & Pete Walshe combine under the Triggamen moniker to deliver two new productions for the Blue Black label that returns to the scene after a year out of action.
Hit Me In The Head is first up, and I must say it is quite an impressive production. Nice flowing beats combines with some good subtle effects make this track quite addictive, despite its minimal nature. The flow throughout is quite solid, never letting up, and building from the word go to the very end.
On the flip we have Get Down which is a little more eerie then the a-side. Early on in the track the main driving baseline hits, and it directs the track in the right direction. Again, the production has a very good flow with little breaks in the track apart from the one main breakdown midway in.
Pretty solid from Blue Black, and quite a nice way to get back into things.
