- The duo of Amani Vs Teapot return to the scene after some very impressive releases in the past. This time they try to the business with their Source of Wisdom EP.
First up is Source of Ahhh which gets going form the word go with some upbeat drum patterns and some very nice percussion, and then a deep driving baseline that gives the track some get going early on. The production is solid but the track flows too similarly for a bit too long for my liking.
Wise Man Speaks on the flip is slightly more lively with the use of some quirky effects and nice subtle vocal samples. The drums are a little more laid back then the a-side, but nevertheless, it is quite a smooth progressive cut, that again falls slightly short of being memorable.
