More forceful than Drexciya but not as aggressive as Helena Hauff, "Tinfoil" sits somewhere in the middle, like the sweet spot between aperitivo and dinner. There’s a decidedly mechanical feel to "Tinfoil": a broken and alluring rhythm of what sounds like sped-up, muffled hi-hats; tangible bubbling noises; heavily synthesised, quivering beats.Yet there's nothing cold or soulless about these four-and-a-half minutes. Dramatic synth lines unfold, commanding attention and movement.
