This summer, we return to The Faversham for the first edition of the 2017 series, with this year promising to be bigger than ever after a string of sell out shows last year.
Kicking off The Garden Party for 2017 will be highly acclaimed producer and DJ, also known as Eats Everything, who has enjoyed resounding success as a solo artist, and of course as part of the iconic quartet, J.E.S.u.S alongside fellow heavyweights Jackmaster, Seth Troxler and Skream. Having made his name with ‘Entrance Song’ in 2011, he has gone on to release and collaborate on some of the biggest releases over the last six years, including ‘The Size’ and ‘Jagged Edge’. This year he also joined the BBC Radio 1 residency, raising his stock even further as one of the best house and techno DJs on the circuit.
Joining him on the terrace will be London-based Fort Romeau, who has been championed for his smooth sound he has incorporated into his production on debut album Kingdoms, from which he has followed up with the likes of Insides most recently, as well as charting most notably with Secrets & Lies and I Knew.
Also coming back to The Faversham will be our mainstay duo PBR Streetgang, who have brought countless memories to our infamous terrace over the past 12 years. They have enjoyed releases on Jamie Jones’ powerhouse Hot Creations label, as well as previously releasing on the likes of Futureboogie, Wolf Music and 20:20 Vision and make their return to Leeds on the 30th April.
We’re also thrilled to have two of our favourite local club nights on board for the very first time in the form of Pleasure Connection and Brudenell Groove, alongside our residents Matt Long and Grainger.
As ever, the party doesn’t stop at The Faversham, as things will continue down at Wire for the official afterparty with special guests, residents and club partners to be announced.
