Following a phenomenal show last October, Pete Tong returns to Egg LDN along with his curated line-up of the fellow house and techno stalwarts, with each artist bringing their own attributes to the fore.
Considered a household name with his notorious BBC Radio 1 show exhibiting both emerging and established talent, Pete’s long-running Essential Mix series remains a pivotal point for any artist worth their salt building a career in music. Joined by selected guests on the night, we’re delighted to welcome the dance music veteran back to north London on December 9th.
The event features three key players in the UK underground scene with one special guest from the U.S landing on our shores for a highly anticipated surprise appearance.
Influenced by the powerful sounds of Jean Michel Jarre and Depeche Mode, New York based producer Serge Devant lands in London to join All Gone Pete Tong as the honourable special guest for the night. Known for his groove-heavy tracks entwined with rich, soulful vocals like 'Thinking of You' ft. Camille Safiya on Crosstown Rebels, Devant doesn't stick to one sound with pumping tech house releases like 'Life Trap' showcased Hot Since 82's imprint, Knee Deep in Sound. Championed by Tong himself, the energy between the veteran and emerging artist as they guide the floor through the night is set to make an exceptional occasion.
Picked by Tong himself, German producer Matthias Meyer brings his blend of melodic and uplifting techno to the Main Room for a rare set in London, fusing the tones of Detroit and Chicago under one roof.
Egg resident Kyle E is complementing the sounds of the night with his trusted selection of culminating tracks.
