Known as a 'techno boy band from Berlin’, the rapidly growing live trio FJAAK debut at Egg LDN alongside fellow Berlin-based artists, Fadi Mohem and Victor. Returning to the intimate surroundings of the Middle Floor, long-running Ibiza based event series The Unusual Suspects make their appearance outside the White Isle in the form of trusty electronic cohorts Rossko, Janina, James Mc Hale and Aspard.
With their tongue-in-cheek attitude on social media, Felix, Aaron and Kevin aka FJAAK portray a playful lifestyle while touring and relish in the culture of each city they explore but maintain a serious, consistent approach in the studio and behind the DJ booth, always armed with a monstrous amount of hardware as the platform of a FJAAK show. Releasing a plethora of tracks covering breakbeat, fast-paced techno and a whole other galaxy of experimental madness, the trio have already released on esteemed imprints including Monkeytown Records and 50 Weapons. Rapidly rising the ranks as a formidable ‘boy band’ within the electronic realm, FJAAK’s debut is looking to be one of the many highlights already in the EGG LDN January calendar.
Offering an alternative to the relentless tones reverberating in the Main Room, Rossko, James Mc Hale and Aspard. return to the club with a sumptuous selection of deep, melodic and atmospheric sounds throughout the Middle Floor. Operating solely as a knowledgable selector - a rarity these days - Rossko’s smooth sound has taken him from London to Mexico, in addition to gigs in his second home of Ibiza. Stints at Space, The Zoo Project and Amnesia carved the path to his Fuse residency, quickly establishing the artist as a powerful sonic selector. The continuously evolving James Mc Hale and Aspard complete the Unusual Suspects line-up.
