Returning to headline Egg LDN’s colossal Main Room once again, rising live techno artist Reinier Zonneveld joins a formidable line-up accompanied by Drumcode staple Harvey McKay and emerging electronic duo Hidden Empire.
A combination of powerful live techno sets with a stellar body of work released on imprints spanning Stil Vor Talent, Cr2 Records and Tronic has paved the way to the meteoric rise of Reinier Zonneveld. The Dutch native’s breakthrough track ‘Things We Might Have Said’ [Stil Vor Talent] instantly put Zonneveld on the radar as one to watch before climbing the ranks with a series of worldwide bookings. Following a list of percolating remixes like ‘Pause’ [Octopus Records] with Oliver Koletzki and an edit of Sharam’s ‘Techi’ [Yoshitoshi Recordings], Zonneveld’s diverse sonic capability came to light. Gracing the DJ booths of De Marktkantine, Factory 010, Goya Social Club and Heinz Gaul to name a few, it wasn’t long before the dedicated producer shared his billings with the likes of Chris Liebing, Dense&Pika and Felix Kröcher.
With the support of Suara, Intec, Bedrock Records and more adding to his already brimming discography, Glaswegian techno stalwart Harvey McKay is set to complement the sounds of Zonneveld for a heavy session of relentless drums and resolute bass tones reverberating throughout the Main Room all night.
Always keen to support growing talent, German duo Hidden Empire complete the bill with their robust library of swirling, groove-heavy melodies suitable for any crowd willing to stay up past bedtime.
