We're proud to welcome back Horse Meat Disco in their third TNX Leather Weekend appearance!
Leather Weekend is the high holiday of fetish and kink in DC when loads of people (who are mostly gay) convene for a 3 day weekend of harnesses, parties & queer camaraderie. You don't have to be into leather to party, and you don't have to identify as gay to attend, but remember that the artists and promoters involved have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to racism, homophobia, sexual harassment, misogyny, sexism, chauvinism, etc.
Gear, fetish, fem, beard, strange, normal, drag, vanilla, weird and/or whatever attire welcomed!
Just be chill, keep an open mind and you’ll have a great time (:

HORSE MEAT DISCO 🇬🇧 Horse Meat Disco is a DJ collective and club night whose legend is bigger than just about any niche you could try stuffing it in. Originally based out of The Eagle in South London more than a decade ago, the party was the city's earliest and largest night to bring back the classic disco sound of New York's bath houses and gay clubs from the '70s. The music, along with the inclusive and enormously fun vibe, struck a chord both in and out of the gay scene, attracting an enviable roster of guest DJs. A series of seminal compilations, a New York residency, a wholly unique party at Glastonbury and hordes of DJ gigs (from residents James Hillard, Jim Stanton, Luke Howard and Severino Panzetta) have turned Horse Meat Disco into a decidedly international concern.
JUANA (Discwoman) 🇺🇸 Birthed from a tribe of opera singers and children of the soul mother from the universal vibrations of the earth spirit, Juana grew up on a steady diet of smooth jazz, jheri curl funk, los discos, and prog rock. She began collecting records at age 4 and stealing tapes and CDs from Tower Records at around 14. Juana is also part of DC's Sequence party series and has had the good fortune to open up for the likes of Rick Wade and Kai Alce, Stefan Goldmann, and Pan-Pot.
THE NEEDLEXCHANGE 🇺🇸 TNX is a DJ collective from Washington, DC, comprised of Baronhawk Williams, Bil Todd, Tommy Cornelis and DJ Lisa Frank. They celebrate the freedom in the groove.
