What is an Amuse-Bouche?
An Amuse-Bouche differs from the usual aperitif, as it is served on the menu, not at the request of the person who eats, but rather selected entirely by the Chef, as a way to convey his true and intimate interpretation of what it means, the art to which he chose to dedicate his life.
Perfectionism, tension, passion and vulnerability form the vocabulary that makes an Amuse-Bouche a delicate and intense conversation of flavors, between those who serve and are served.
On the 22nd of March, it, will be served, hot, by E.G.O, at Europa.
