Alfred Darlington isn’t a paint-by-numbers musician. From how he looks (early Victorian Dandyism), to how he makes music, or how he expresses himself and views the world, his is a very individual ‘bespoke’ outlook.
Like each release before it, new album Taut sees Daedelus breaking new creative ground. His first to see him utilize Ableton Live, it also sees the producer joined by an array of collaborators including acclaimed trombonist Jonah Levine, Portland-based singer Sara Z, multi-instrumentalist Goodnight Cody, newly signed Alpha Pup artist Niels Broos, and The Breathing Effect's Echo Go Away. Darlington's performance back in 2011 remains one of the most memorable we've seen in the basement so we're excited to welcome him back.
