Based in London, Manni Dee is held in high esteem by many for his spotless production and relentless DJ sets. The glamming rendition of Manni's creative vision stuns. He knows sounds inside out, making his studio a favourite stop for many to receive Manni's expertise.
The production of 'Residue' was inspired by the city of London and its general living conditions. More particularly, how social cleansing, inequality and the political situation generally - and on a holistic scale- informs internal and external locus of control.
Shadowy Irish duo flexing angular techno on the verges of the Irish clubscene. Born out of a mutual passion for rough, pure and incisive techno, Flexure is a collaboration between Irish DJs Jamie Behan and Stephen Mahoney, whose productions incorporate influences from Techno, Acid, Electro, and Chicago House, different forms of music which have shaped their vision of techno. These influences can be heard on their debut EP "Shadow Puppets", forthcoming on Behan's "Bastardo Electrico" label, with 4 tracks of slamming, dark, mechanical, sometimes abstract yet strangely funky techno, with Detroit techno sitting next to dark industrial and UK loops mixed with the jack of Chicago, which have garnered support from the likes of Dave Clarke, Ben Sims, Truss, Sunil Sharpe, and John Heckle to name a few.
