New Guernica, home to electronic music in Melbourne for almost 10 years is proud to present THE CAVE PT III after a HUGE success of the first two Cave events featuring music from the darker realm of electronic dance.
Introducing Chris Cornelius who will be opening the Cave mainroom. He is a mainstay in the Sydney techno scene, Co-Founder of Sydney's warehouse institution Front Left, Cornelius has a forged a style of hard hitting, warehouse orientated industrial techno. Bringing together an array of influences from industrial hardcore through to ambient electronica, his versatile style of techno is both hard hitting and hypnotic, industrial and ambient, focused yet fun.

Ivan Di Gennaro & friends are back for round three and will lead you into the depths of the vortex with his pulsing Techno style before we have the Cat House Melbourne crew closing the mainroom. They have brought their 'Berlin Calling' parties to Melbourne featuring Cleric, Skober and Yan Cook as well as Melbourne's highly respected in the techno community Adrian Bell from Bunker. Musically they bring you to Berlin's deep dark shades of Techno that keeps the dance floors heaving until sunrise.

The Kitchen will once again be transformed into the sweat-fest Rave Cave with the Cave kitchen residents Λ / Π's hybrid live set exploring the industrial side of Techno and Electronica.
Born from a love of cerebral and kinetic exploration, hardware manipulation and most importantly body movement through the dark side of dance, Amber Arizono and Nic Brown (friendships) are taking these elements and applying them to an electronic framework. “Λ / Π is about exploring tangents and opening portals, the simultaneous feeling of arrival and departure.... have I been here before or is this my first step? This is our only aim when creating- inter-dimensional patterns, cognitive exploration and finding raison d'être." Their debut album Telluric Current out later this year on TRAIT Records.

Joining the kitchen rave we have special guest DJ-RMR (Rachael MacRae). Growing up listening to heavy metal, punk rock and learning the bass guitar. Her love of loud music & bass naturally evolved into a love of dark, melodic techno with throbbing basslines. She's played around Melbourne since 2012 at parties including Dimension (Revolver), JOHN (Liberty Social), Trøugh X and Fantastic (CLUB80), Death Disco (Boney), Dance Technique and Cruci-Fяied (New Guernica) & Strawberry fields festival.
She has shared the decks with techno luminaries Prosumer, DJ Kiti, J-nett, Chiara Kickdrum, Λ / Π, DJ Post Percy, Elisabeth Dixon & Blush Response.
