The chance to catch a live set from The Advent and the UK debut of The Exaltics makes for an unmissable lineup for electro lovers.
The Advent (Live - Electro Set)
The Exaltics (Live - UK Debut)
Alienata x Sync 24
Scand X Neighbourhood are joining forces to present a colossal line up of Electro and Techno All-Stars at London’s Corsica Studios
Cisco Ferreira has been pushing the unmistakable sound of The Advent since the early 90’s with seminal releases on Internal, Tresor, Electrix and his own Drexciyan approved Kombination Research imprint. If you are unfamiliar with his Electro credential then look no further than classic albums such as ‘Elements of Life’ and ‘Time Trap Technik’ which presented the World with a hard edged, fast paced take on the genre. His tracks are mainstays in the sets of coveted DJ’s such as Stingray and Helena Hauff and his live act is in demand at premier Techno clubs and festivals across the World. We cannot wait to welcome one of our heroes to the main room of Corsica to perform a rare and UK exclusive Electro set for us on the night.
Next up we have another exclusive live performance from an act that will be flying in from Germany to make their long overdue UK debut. The Exaltics have massively contributed to the recent resurgence of Electro with hard as nails releases on labels such as Bunker, Crème Organization, Clone and TRUST. They are also responsible for running the always excellent Solar One label which has provided an outlet for artist’s such as Gerald Donald, ERP, Morphology, Das Munster and Dynarec. Expect a set of dark, uncompromising Electro and Acid that will give Corsica’s Function One Sound System a serious work out.
Tom Russell is an artist who has gained worldwide recognition in the Techno scene through releases as Truss and aliases MPIA3, Blacknecks and Overmono. His forward thinking music has been released on revered labels such as R&S, XL Recordings and more recently his own Polykicks imprint alongside his brother, Tessla. Mr Russell is usually found playing in front of enormous crowds at some of the World’s biggest clubs and festivals, we are hugely honoured to have him play at our party and don his Truss moniker in London for the first time in 2 years.
Randomer is an artist who has gone from strength to strength over recent years gaining global recognition through his distinct production style that effortlessly leaps between genres. His unique take on Techno has caught the attention of some of the Worlds most respected dance music labels and he can boast a back catalogue of releases on imprints such as Hessle Audio, Numbers, Clone, L.I.E.S and Neighbourhood. We cannot wait to have him to bring his eclectic style to the floor for us on the night.
Alienata X Sync 24
We are massively excited to be welcoming one of our favourite DJ’s back to London to bang the party. Anyone familiar with Berlin based Alienata will know that she is an unrelenting mixing machine that is an integral part of the Killekill family. Her dexterity behind the decks has seen her become an increasingly in-demand DJ and she has built a solid reputation for pushing her own brand of dark, twisted electronics. Fans of dark, trippy electro will also be familiar with the boss man of Cultivated Electronics and the founder of Scand, Sync 24. As an artist and label chief he has dedicated his efforts to pushing the pure electro sound for over a decade. The recent resurgence of electro has finally shone on a light on his endeavours and he can now be found playing at gigs across the World to international crowds.
Alienata and Sync 24 will be following up from their recent production collaborations with their first b2b set on the night.
We are massively excited to be adding Jensen Interceptor to our already jam packed bill. Jensen is currently one of the most in demand producers in the world of electro and techno and it has been hard to keep up with the quality output he has been releasing on labels such as Cultivated Electronics, CPU, Stilleben, Power Station and his own newly established International Chrome imprint. He was one of the stand out guests from last year’s run of Scand parties as he treated the dance floor to a heavy set, bursting with unreleased sounds from his locker. We are colossally buzzing that he will be joining us again as part of his current European tour.
The Neighbourhood Boss will be back in London and fresh from a summer in Berlin where she has been playing at clubs such as Tresor and Griessmuehle, as well as rocking crowds on the European festival circuit. Tasha has been pushing her definition of Techno through radio shows, events and her own label for a number of years which has seen her develop into an increasingly in demand DJ who has the ability to get them Techno fists pumping into the air.
A Scand resident for nearly a decade and a member of the Cultivated Electronics family, Steve is an electro freak that was swept up in the second wave back in the late 90’s and has stayed true to the sound since. Through his sets he works through both the past and the future of electro with a style that is heavily influenced by the fast paced DJ’s from Detroit. Never a fan of chin stroking at a club, Steve’s sets are guaranteed to make your booty shake.
This is the biggest line-up we have been a part of and we look forward to seeing you on the floor.
